TTC after sterilisation reversal - ttc buddy?

Hi there, Im new here. I had my sterilisation reversed 10 weeks ago and am now ttc. Im feeling quite bloated today with AF pains, normally these dont happen until a few days before, but AF not due until next Monday. My nipples are so sore and bbs feel heavy (sorry if tmi), Im got bad pmt too - but dont want to get excited as Im sure its just down to my body getting back to normal. Anyone out there in a similar boat to me - would love to hear from you.
