ttc after suspected chemical

Having had what I'm pretty sure was a chemical (off to see Doc today to see what he thinks), I'm just wondering if I can ttc straight away or wait a month?
Prior to this I had an early miscarriage, and still waiting for AF to arrive after what I think is a chemical.

Just feel that I want to try straight away to give me something to focus on.

Any advice is most welcome
