TTC baby #1 in my 20's!

Hi everyone out there! I wanted to start this thread for all the ladies who are TTC Baby #1 and who are in their 20's still .
I am 26 (will be 27 in 3 months!), and me and DH are TTC Baby #1 after 2 MC's.
We are currently seeing a FS and this is our first time this cycle using Clomid and Orvidel. Actually we first used Provera to get AF, then Prometrium, Clomid and now Orvidel with Baby Asprin follwed by Prometrium.
I am so excited to finally be on this baby making train again.
Any ladies used any of these to help TTC or had success yet?
