I'm also just into my 2nd cycle of TTC #1. This is my first full cycle off BC and it was about 36 days long. Are you temping or charting?

Hi ttc_lolly. DO you have any tips for shortening cycles?? my last was 33 so getting shorter but I want it back to 28days like it used to be

I've been using soy hun and it's done the trick. My problem was my cycles were actually 40+ days long and I had my progesterone levels checked last cycle and they were a bit under where the doctor would have liked to have seen them to indicate O. But this cycle I have O'd a lot earlier AND my chart looks loads better. Will find out tomorrow what my levels are like this time so hopefully the soy will have 100% worked!
