Good day ladies

Me and my boyfriend have been ttc for almost a year now.

What is the best way to predict when you are ovulating? I have the fertile focus but I am not sure if it is working.

I really hope that we will be conceiving in this year still.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

The best way to predict when you are ovulating is to take opks or try temping.

I See that you have been trying for a while

Have you been to the gyne yet to find out of everything is fine and if there is anything that can help you?

Yes I have been to the obgyn for it and he told me to give temping a try for 6months then come back to see him and they will run the proper test to see what's going on because my cycles run like clock work so he wants my hubby swimmers checked first while I temp for the 6months to rule that out first before he puts me threw any tests
