TTC Late Period/ Spotting during time of next ovulation

Hey there! New to this site and was just looking for some feedback on my issue.
My last period was March 6th for about 4 days. I had sex on March 22nd around my ovulation time according to my app.
No sign of Aunt Flo and experiencing light pinkish/brown spotting today. This would be the time according to my app that I would be ovulating in my next cycle. Late on period and have no taken a test yet. Any feedback? I will be taking a test tomorrow

I'm 30 years old and working as a chef so my lifestyle can be pretty stressful. I've been TTC for about a year.

Are your periods normally quite regular? I'd say testing is the best way to know since you're pretty late already.
