ttc on clomid first round secondary infertility

Hello all trying to find friends and support maybe someone going through or close to the same cycle as me..I'm 27 mother of two..ttc now on clomid first round after discovering I have secondary infertility cause unknown as of now. I'm on cd19 not sure if i o'd but going to have blood work Wednesday..hoping it works the first time..twins would be nice so that I wouldn't have to go through this again..but can't stand the waiting game..
