Is it best to have sex every other day when trying to conceive?

If your partner has a healthy sperm count there is no reason to wait for every second day. Every day is what worked for me when I got pregnant with my son.

Not sure if he does or not lol we don’t know. Been together 10 years and we have 1 kid.

I like closer to ovulation being the day before O, day of O and day after just for good measure.

Do you use anything to monitor ovulation?
