ttc with pcos after burst cyst

hi,any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was diagnosed with pcos five years ago now when i was 18. I have been ttc for quite a while now with no success. I am not over weight atall and have quite regular periods (every 30 days or around about that) although I do get quite alot of pain with the cysts (which I was told by some doctors that pcos is not painful however others say it can be). I was put on metformin to ttc but then doctor decided to take me off that as she said it would not help anyway.
I was recently taken to hospital with pains and had an operation to remove meckels diverticulum when they found,whilst operating, i had a 7cm cyst that had burst. I was told they stitched it up after removing what they could.
I have had scans since which now show no remaining cysts apart from 1 called a dermoid cystwhich is small (approx 2cm).
Am I more likely to concieve now and how long will it take before the cysts come back?? realy getting me down now after trying for so long,starting to feel a failure and like it will never happen

I have two cyst on my ovaries right now and what the doctors assume is endometriosis. I am having surgery to remove all of this next week. I have been told that my chances of getting pregnant will be the best for the first six months after the surgery then it will start to decrease. Hope that helps somewhat.
