TTC with PCOS .. Supplements? Tips?

Hi ladies

I am going to try to keep it short, but Hubby and I have decided to TTC baby #3 in about a month. I have PCOS. I have been diagnosed for 3 years. I have had a full term little boy who was still born due to a freak thing that happened during delivery and a full term little boy 15 months later who is happy and healthy now. I ate a low carb diet, lost 20 pounds, and got a surprise BFP the first time. After we lost him, I used clomid and became pregnant after 3 rounds. I still had long cycles. I didn't O until CD 21 with our second son and that was on Clomid. I take Metformin ER 500 mg, which i didn't dO before. I'm looking for tips on getting pregnant without the clomid. We aren't opposed to it, but we are planning on trying without it for awhile first. I don't even remember all the crazy things I did to get pregnant last time.. Thank you in advance!

we are trying for number 3, I have a 4 year old and a 16 month old. we have had 4 losses so hoping I get lucky this time and escape without any.

I came off the pill and cd1 was the 25th july but off the pill my cycles are all over the place. I have no idea how it will all work out so guess I shall just poas and hope for a positive opk lol!

we are trying the natural route as my first was clomid and second a complete natural shock with no drugs...yay well done ovaries haha! Are you seeing a fertility specialist? I did with my boys but I am going to go it alone until xmas I think.

i'm 32, been with hubby 9 & half years and baby number 3 will be our last xxx

Thanks My OB/GYN is also a specialist. This will be #3 and final for us, too. I'm 28, almost 29, and I want to have our baby before I'm 30. No pressure. . Lol. I don't know how I will be off the pill, but Hubby won't let me stop until I see my doctor next month to make sure everything is good. I had 2 csections in 15 months. I just don't even know where to start again!
