i think my little man has a lot of tummy aches and thats why he is so fussy
and cant lie down on his back. how can i help him?
i try push his legs up towards his tummy, or hold him over my arm putting light pressure on his tummy. dont know if im doing it right, any tips??

I'm sorry I dont have any advice but just wanted to give you both some :hugs: and hope he's better soon x

mines the same hun, try lieing him on your legs on his front and rubbing his back or i heard sitting them up on you and holding them up and moving there body in a circular motion helps for wind xxx

I had a baby massage woman visit me the other day, and she showed me a good massage move for shifting wind if thats his problem. Its drawing a rainbow shape from left to right on his tummy, going up to just above the belly button. My little girl gets bad wind and when I was doing this she kept farting so must have been getting something moving! Also, use a little oil so your hands dont drag, she gave me sweet almond to use. Hope it helps! :)

Buy some gripe water. It works great for stubborn gas.My husband calls it miracle water!

i try what coz suggested leaning him over legs works for my little man xxx

i sometimes aswell if hes lieing on your legs and your rubbing his back you can jiggle your legs up and down too i sometimes find that helps a bit more xxx

As some other girls have said, laying bubs over my legs and rubbing her back works a treat when her tummy seems to be uncomfortable - also a hot shower seems to be quite soothing for her, too.

Don't know if these would work for your baby, as well?

Hope you find something works to help settle her tummy :hugs:

What B4byAnge1 said is really good!! Doing this move from left to right is actually going to stimulate the tummy to do it's job. Bowel movemenst go in this direction so you will be helping him to shift anything he is having trouble with i.e Wind.

Another suggestion is that he could be suffering from reflux, try putting him more upright when you lie him down, this helps to stop the acid from travelling from the tummy upwards causing discomfort.

Hope this helps you
