Tummy twitches/flutters? My pulse in my stomach?

I'm curious, but has anyone experience stomach twitches or flutters? I'm 10 dpo and for the last two days I have had this twitching (like eye twitches) in my lower abdomen. Lately I can also feel my own pulse down there too. It's really weird. Not painful, but odd.

Any of you ladies who have been pregnant before ever felt like this? I had a faint positive today, so it's possible that I'm pg. But I am still skeptical.

I have had a pulling sensation since 6DPO when i think i implanted and can feel pulse as there's more blood flowing to that area. I got a faint +ve yesterday morning at 9DPO Good luck! X

Thanks. More blood to the uterus makes sense. That explains the pulse feeling. If I am indeed pregnant, I think I implanted around 7 or 8 dpo. I'm not jumping to any conclusions yet. I want a darker positive!
