Turkey burgers

Anyone have a tasty turkey burger recipe they wouldn't mind sharing? We hardly ever have turkey so I figured we'd give it a go but have been pretty underwhelmed by all the ideas I've come across so far.

I make ranch turkey burgers that are really good.

1 lb ground turkey
1 packet dry ranch seasoning
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg

Mix ingredients, form into patties, grill until reach 165 degrees internally. Probably 5 minutes per side on an outdoor grill, about 5-7 minutes depending on thickness of burgers on an indoor double sided grill (the kind that you close the top so it cooks both sides at once)
