Im not sure how late you are, but if you're saying a late period id say no its not. At that far along you wouldnt be able to see anything that resembles an embryo.

It would be six to eight weeks along if it were.

Did you have a positive pregnancy test? With my 8 week loss it was like a really heavy period with dark clots.
