Two fetal poles/yolk sacs? (Pics Included!)

I had my first u/s on Thursday. My doctor said I was about 5+3 weeks along and I was still early. She then pointed out one visible yolk sac with a fetal pole and a possible second yolk sac with fetal pole in the same gestational sac. She said it could be twins but she's not 100% sure because I'm so early. She booked me for a repeat sonogram for the day after Christmas. Does anyone else see two bubbles (yolk sacs) with a white grain of rice structure (fetal pole) near it? Thanks ladies.

It's very small...

I can determinately make out the yolk sac but it's really hard to see even the one fetal pole honestly...

I'd just wait until the 26th for the re-scan to get a much better view... I know it's hard to wait, I'd probably be going nuts personally as I'm going nuts waiting for my own scan next Friday the 27th, but everyday I tell myself 'It'll be here soon and will be worth it
