Two follicles, but low progesterone?

So I tried Menopur for the first time. On cd8 I already had two big juicy follicles. I triggered that night, and now at 3dpo I got my progesterone drawn....its only 13! I know that means I did ovulate, but with TWO eggs it should be higher than that. Anyone been in this situation? Did maybe only 1 egg release?

That level is fine for 3dpo. It spikes more around 7dpo and reaches the max somewhere around 7-10dpo.
