Two positive pregnancy test

Hello girls, im 17 and recently had two positive pregnancy tests. I have an appointment at a clinic on Tuesday but im pretty sure im pregnant. Anyway i was wondering if anyone had advice on shopping frugally, how to manage time, or where there might be support groups in the San Diego areas, or anything that comes to mind

Once upon a child is a great consignment shop for baby's and children. All of their stuff is great quality and rather cheap! If you breastfeed, you won't need formula, though if you are in school still, or working full time that may be difficult. Cloth diapering is expensive to start but so much cheaper in the end!
