Tylenol or heating pad after iui??

Had iui today. Don't remember this much pain last time. Anyone know if it's okay to use heating pad or Tylenol?

Thanks for replying to my post about my fibroid. I appreciate the support. I would stay away from both Tylenol and heat if I were you. Don't let anything interfere with your procedure and possibly damage the Sperm or egg. Not an expert, but I think the best thing is probably rest, maybe a warm herbal tea, and lots of healthy food. I was told today to avoid heat. But I thibk regular strength Tylenol is OK but no advil (at all during the iui cycle)
