Whenever I switch sides in bed, bend down, get up out of bed, walk even I get the exact same symptoms for PGP. What do I do? I always feel like I've run a marathon and my muscles are sore or something.. :( I'll mention it to my doctor tomorrow. Anyone else suffering?

I'm suffering from this but unfortunately haven't found a solution except a nice warm bath. Some people's doctors will send them to physical therapy to teach you exercises to help ease the pain. I really think the only real remedy is to give birth lol. I've had it in all three of my successful pregnancies and it usually went away completely a few months after birth.

I see a physio for hip pain had it with both pregnancies nothing helps, just got to try and ride it through and hope it goes after you give birth mine didn't . Physio's do suggest sleeping with a pillow between your knees
