My partner and i currently claim joint ESA. This is becuse i have sever PND and it really is effecting my life. I cant physically cope with my 5 yearold who has asd and is like 10 kids in one and my 6 month old who was 2 months prem and had HSV type 1 meningitis. its got to the point that i get panic attacks if i go more than a metre from my front door if on my own with the kids i wont evan sit in my own back garden with them. Any way we was advised to have a joint ESA claim in my partners name ( as im 20 and he is 22 and with mild depression) but now we have been called for an assesment and im petrified that he is going to be found fit enough to work and i will be left struggling each day on my own. Has anyone else had any experiance with these assesments and are they as nasty as the horror storys ive read in the papers?
