UK ladies - Car Seat rules, what are they changing to and when are they changing?

Ive been trying to find on here posts Ive seen about the proposed legislation in the UK to extend the rules of how long to keep babies RF in car seats and cant find them. What are the proposed weight limits/ages they will be bringing in for UK RF car seats and when are they going to be bringing it in?

I read it was to keep them rear facing until 15 months. It's called the I-size regulation xx

U.S. here, but curious....will they use weight or age?

Yeah I'd like to know this aswell.as Lola is currently 10kg at 6months so there guidelines of 9months or 9kg is just waaaaayyyyy off for some babies xx

I googled and found this :

It mentions a date of January 2013 but that seems to be a vague target rather than anything concrete.
