A quick Google shows that you can get the same package on Harley street at a different clinic for £2 less. Anyone using a voucher site take 5 minutes to Google and be sure these deals are as good as they seem, especially on hotel breaks you can often find the room cheaper just by going to somewhere like Trivago. Personally I've also had a few bad experiences where as soon as you say you have a voucher suddenly there is no availability for weeks. If you can't use the voucher as the company goes out of business or is fully booked you can not get a refund as Wocher/Groupon/LivingSocial will tell you to take it up with the company not them as deal provider despite them taking your money quite happily. The Office of Fair Trading is currently investigating these promotions as they are unregulated. If you buy anything over £100 do it on a credit card so at least you are covered under section 75 regulations to get your money back if there is a problem. Also under distance selling regulations you can claim a full refund from the provider (Groupon/Living Social/Wowcher etc) within 7 days provided you have not used the product - so if you do find it cheaper ask for your money back (this one actually is in their Ts & Cs so should be honoured).
