Understanding notes (help needed)

Hi every1,i had my nearly 35wk antenatal today and was so looking forward to it,as 3wks ago he was aready 2/5ths engaged,this wk she didnt say or write down what he was but said he was lying back to back with me which makes for a long and difficult,painful labour (fantastic).My notes i cant make head nor tail of (she only felt baby) and wrote
All well (i understand that lol)
Wg 10.9 (any ideas,it isnt weight gain as she didnt weigh me)
Hb 10.5 (no idea)
PI 181 ( no idea)
OAP f=D (no idea)
P.O.P ( no idea)

Any help would be very much appreciated,have got parentcraft tonight so if no luck will ask that midwife,thanks in advance
 
Hb = Haemoglobin level I reckon....

Not sure on others?!

f=D means fundus equal to dates.....

I'm normally quite good at this but i'm really sorry, i have no clue!!
 
hmmm....none of those abbreviations other than Hb (haemoglobin) are listed in the glossary on my notes and I'm at Warrington too!
 
Every country would have different abbreviations in their medical terms. As I didn't practice in the UK, It is very hard to interpret the abbreviations they use. I found a link for common abbreviated terms. I hope this might help you.
