Unexplained Recurrent Miscarriage - any success stories?

Just wondering if anybody has had any success after being diagnosed with unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss. It is such a frustrating diagnosis. I also have unexplained infertility (polycystic ovaries but regular cycles and I ovulate). We have had 2 miscarriages, the most recent being twins (after IVF) at 8 and a half weeks that were genetically normal. My RPL bloodwork came back negative except mildly hypothyroid so I have started synthroid. Would love to hear of anybody who has had success after this diagnosis.

Sorry for your losses

It's a really good thing that you had that panel done And hypothyroidism is linked to miscarriages so it could explain it...or not have anything to do with it, so I totally understand your frustration!! Were you on low dose aspirin and progesterone?

Also, check out the recurrent miscarriage thread int the ttc after a loss section, it was a lifesaver for me

Thanks for your reply. I was on progesterone (shots and suppositories) as well as estrogen after my transfer but not aspirin. We are adding aspirin this cycle "just in case." I'll have to look for that thread. Did you have recurrent miscarriages as well?

Yes i had 2 early losses before having my oldest. Don't give up

I had 3 losses (singleton and twins) last year after IUI. Each loss was around 6 weeks. I had every test you can imagine and all came back fine. This last IUI I included aspirin and I am now at 9 weeks and things are looking good.
