Hi ladies
Posted on here a few days ago about a pain in left abdomen and back. Ended up in triage all day Wednesday in agony, tone sent home with no diagnosis. Thought I was going mad and I was in tears from the pain. Anyway saw my local midwife yesterday at my normal appointment and within ten minutes had co codamol prescribed for the pain and an emergency appointment with a physio and even more importantly a diagnosis!!! No longer feel mad!!!
Anyway just wanted to let you ladies know symptoms as apparently it canbe quite common in late pregnancy. Pain is normally located on one side low down. It hurts to raise the leg that side and straighten your back so you end up shuffling like an old lady and even turning over in bed makes you wince!
Hopefully physio should sort it and shouldn't effect delivery xx
