Unregistered guest cant log in

I have never been in the chat room
in all my baby and bump time it has never allowed me to log in.

Can this be resolved please?
My cache is empty , no cookies no history I have used safari, firefox, chrome on my macbook.
I am now on my OH's windows laptop and have tried, IE & Firefoz and Chrome.

Help!

Hum... It should just log you in straight away. When you log into BnB, do check the box to stay logged in?

I will pass this thread on to Admin... Im sure StirCrazy will have answers.....

Thanks for passing it on, hopefully he will have answers, he has tried helping me before but it never worked!

I think I've finally found the answer... but will have to wait until I get an answer from another techy about how to fix it.
