So I'm completely new to this thread, and completely new to the world of babies and the like, so I need some help. I lost my first baby on November 25th, 2015 due to a Chemical Pregnancy right at the week 5 mark. My fiance and I were both very excited to be expecting a little one, and to have lost my first little bundle of joy within a week of finding out I was expecting was devastating. Now it's near the end of January and I wanted to ask you wonderful ladies if I could possibly be pregnant agatn. I've been having sore and unusually firm breasts (more firm than usual), the ring around my Areola has been getting darker, and the Montgomery Tubercles have been showing up more frequently. Also have been having cramping and really bad gas (can't tell when the cramps are actually cramping, gas, or constipation), and lower back pain. My period is coming up on the 23rd of the end of the month, and the symptoms have been happening for longer than a week. Could I possibly be pregnant? Should I wait until I miss my period to take a test or take one ASAP and risk the emotional turmoil of knowing to soon and losing my baby?

If you period is not due until next Saturday, it's unlikely that you would have had pregnancy symptoms for a week already. You would have ovulated about a week ago and if the egg was fertilised, it would have taken a few days to implant and start sending messages to your body. That said, maybe you ovulated earlier than you thought? I don't think it's impossible that you're pregnant but if it was me, I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.

As for testing, you really are the only one who can answer that question. I'm ridiculously impatient so I always end up testing way too early. If you can, it would make sense to wait at least until you've missed your period. Unfortunately, things can go wrong at any point in the first few weeks so to me, knowing a few days earlier doesn't make a huge difference. But only you can know what's best for you in this situation.

Idk. This happened during my last pregnancy where I felt the symptoms a week to two weeks before my period, which is why I took a test in the first place and it was a confirmed Positive. But one more thing to ask; Yesterday I started spotting pink and now today it's brown. It's like a light beginning to a period with no cramping (which is strange because my periods always have had seriously bad cramps the first day, and the only time it's ever been off date wise is when I took Plan B). Is this something I should be worried about?

Mind you the bleeding I mentioned above did not happen during my last pregnancy, so if this is something then this is a new one.
