Unsure?

So I am very confused. I was due for AF on Feb 12, the night of the 11th I had light spotting but had unprotected sex, as well as the time I was ovulating ( but only once). On the 12th I got my period but it wasnt normal. It was very dark ( like old blood) and only lasted all day Sunday. By monday I had very light spotting probably for the next two days. I should say that my boobs generally hurt really bad up until my period after the third or fourth day the pain went away. I am now two weeks out from having that period and I have been experiencing clear watery discharge. Thats not normal for me. SO, Im wondering if there is a chance I am pregnant or if something else is wrong. I know this was very scatter brained... I hope its understandable
