right i started AF on 1st on this month i used to get really bad cramps for the first day (would be in tears and screaming) but the last few months i have what i would class as 'normal' i can function only took some ibeprofen and was pretty much gone but today i have very light flow and really bad cramps its usaly my last day its the first time i have had cramps this late. am very sore and feel sick in waves. xxx
