Hello everyone, i was hoping you could offer advice on names we have been considering.......Myself and my man have not been able to agree on many boys names at all but we have plenty of names we both like for girls. The only names we can agree on for boys are,

Danny James Munro (James was my grandads name so want to use it for middle name).

Sonny James or Anderson Munro........

And this is the unusual one that i think our families will not like,

Dolan James Munro. I really like this name i think it's Irish and haven't heard of any little boys called Dolan around here (we have to be careful because the surname Munro is very common in the Highlands).

So there you go, any advice would be appreciated :wacko:

I think Dolan sounds nice, unusual, but not in a 'krrrayzeeeee' way (if you know what i mean!)

I also love Anderson, but I decided against it in case it was shortened to Andy... don't think I'd want that.

We're thinking of Hamish, for the same reasons, traditional but not that common. Hamish Munro might be a bit uber-Scottish for you though!

I think Danny is fine but a bit plain and Anderson is cute I think. Sonny can actually be a nickname for Anderson. For D names you could consider Declan, Dylan, Devon or Drake maybe?
