O.k so i was a bit upset as i expected more:cry::cry:.... But i have lost in 2weeks on my new lifestyle.. 5.5 pounds and 0.84% body fat.....
My dietician said the fact that i was on CD2 yesterday also counts against me as around AF some women gain almost 5pounds so i will be very happy with my 5.5pounds and know inside i have lost more...

Next weigh in 15April 2009... praying for atleast another 13pounds to come off...

So Weight loss is standing at 60.50 pounds to GO!!!!!!!:happydance::happydance::happydance:

Total weight loss 13.2 pounds in 5weeks
1.7985 inches (5cm) off my waist
And 1.745% body fat lost!!!!!!!

Im over the moon as my fat is turning over to muscle and my hormones are come on now nicely... accept the crying about everything....:dohh::dohh:

You do know that 5.5 in two weeks, if done every week for a year, would be over 100 pounds in a year, right? PLEASE be careful. My rush to lose weight resulted in a full-blown eating disorder I still battle. BE SAFE. The faster and less safe you do this, the harder it will be to conceive.

I eat breakfast @7am
Snack 10am- Yogurt, Provitas or 4 digestive biscuits
Lunch 12am- Either leftovers from dinner or a chicken salad, or pasta but medium portions, also fruit salad, or briyani.
Snack 3pm- Yogurt, Fruit, Nuts,Provitas
Dinner 6pm- Normal meal as always still eating the same food just less, and no oil or butter... alot of salads with my main meal

I cut out SUGAR, CHOCOLATES, SODAS, CRISPS, BREAD

I excercise 30-40minutes a night.. 15minutes walking on the treadmill, then 10 minutes floor excercises and then another 15minutes treadmill.

No eating after 7pm.. and cut down to 2cups of coffee a day with canderel sweetner in.

I feel amazing.. Im eating more now then i use to before!!!!!!
 
Wow, thats fantastic. I am trying to lose weight also. A the moment my husband and I are still WTT. I am having my implanon taken out on May 1st and am trying to lose as much as possible before then. I started Weight Watchers last week and at my first WI last night I lost 6lb. I have also given up alcohol in anticipatio of getting pregnant which i think has helped.

Keep it up, we can do it!
 
That is fantastic! Congratulations! :wohoo: I wish I had a little self control to do something like that.... I love my butter and bread..... I should try it!
 
Congrats and good luck with the rest of the weight loss.

I lost 36lbs last year but now I only have 6 to go I have lost all motivation :rofl:
 
They say that 1 - 3lbs per week is healthy. That is great going, to lose 5.5 in two weeks. Healthy, yet steady if you keep it up until you reach your goal. Don't let anyone scare you and well done. It won't be long now before you're in those slinky numbers...
