Just to keep you all informed if your intrested!!!!!!
We have had our flat valued today, wow......the flat was valued at a lot more than what we thought we get for it.
Yipee were going to put it on the market and just let it sell when it does. Where not in a rush rush to sell but would like not to have to wait to long.
So wtc will have to wait just a little while longer now
.
Im happy tho, cos we can have a house withan extra room for when we do have a new baby ( eventually)
