uploading heartbeat??

Does anyone know how i can upload a sound file of bubba on the doppler got a recording and dont know how to do it. I normally use photobucket to upload photos but there isn't an option for sound files on there. thanks

I did this for Isebelle, and I think this is the site I used, took me ages to find one that would work for me, but I guess this one did!
