Upset re milk flow ;(

In the last few days I feel like my milk production has gone right down. I rarely feel 'full' and this morning I just tried to pump and got NOTHING out, even though Poppy last fed at half 6 and I tried to express 3 hours later, and had had lots of water first. The last few days of pumping have produced far less than normal.

What's gone wrong and how can i get more milk again??!! Please help.

I dont feel full these days either but I know she's fine so just trust your body and believe in your boobies!!!

Has your appetite been different lately?? Or have you been too busy to make sure you drink enough?? x

I have maybe been eating a little less but I always try and make sure I drink loads. I think Poppy is getting enough from me, it's just there is none spare to express for her Daddy's bottle

Maybe a glass of wine tonight will help?!

A glass of vino ALWAYS helps!!

My friend's milk dried up when she lost her appetite. I noticed a big difference in mine after a stint in hospital when I was 'nil by mouth' for a few days abd just being drip fed. Grab a big cream bun honey!!!

i very rarely feel full but bubs is thriving. like mervs mum said mak sure eating and drinking more x x

She may be getting close to a growth spurt and may soon start feeding more often to get your supply up. I used to be able to express, but once my supply regulated and I stopped leaking all the time I couldn't get more than 2oz.

I am glad I read this thread cos my pumping hasn't been very successful the last few days and it has made me realise that it's probably down to the fact that I have lost my appetite slightly lately. So...bring on the Yum-Yums!

Well last night I had a glass of wine and me and my hub shared an M&S sticky toffee pud (for 4!!) and I have had to do an extra pump today as I was so full! Imagine what christmas day will be like xx
