ureaplasma ?? help

Just got results back from visit I had to er Sunday for unexplained bleeding. (They did a culture to check for infection) Tested positive for something called ureaplasma. Haven't been able to tall to a doctor yet... someone is supposed to call me back. But of course I'm trying to stay calm because I Googled it and getting all this terrible info about adverse effects during pregnancy and preterm birth blah blah blah. Anybody with any info please help .. I've never even heard of this before :/
