Urgent help needed!!!

Its 3 days before my wedding and I've suddenly broken out on my face
does anyone know any ways to either get rid of them or any good make up to cover them up? I dont want it to be too expensive as I dont wear make up that often

Try and get some zit zapper that dries them up. Don't pick at them in any way because that will just make them spread. Drink loads of water and invest in a really good concealer. It doesn't have to be the most expensive but go for a well known brand because the cheapies won't help. Superdrug has some good options. Especially Maybelline BB cream. Apparently there's another brand called collection (previously collection 2000) that is good.
