Are any of you members or plan to use them for baby things?

I think Sam's Club will be my saving grace- literally. I went in this past weekend and they had a wipes and diapers on sale. A week before that they had Carter's sleepers, jumpers and onesies for $5. :happydance:

I don't plan to use them for baby items but I prefer Costco to sam's in general.

Im in Canada, we do have costco which is great, id like to us it for sure would use it had I been formula feeding/using disposable diapers.... However, my husband and I are lazy, lol.. Costco is a 2 hour drive from us haha. we normally try and hit it once a month to pick up shampoo and clothes but since falling pregnant we have went maybe twice.

we only have a BJ's here but friends of mine said the diapers are the cheapest there especially when you have a coupon

We go to Costco (just because it's closer to us)! We found some Carter outfits there as well, I bought a 4 piece set for $9, which is a pretty good deal. The also have jumbo Johnson's baby wash that I bought, but I forget how much it was! I just wish they sold LUV's diapers as I think we're going to try to use them exclusively. Plus, they have lots of frozen meals to choose from for when LO is here :winkwink:

I don't think you can go wrong with Sam's Club, Costco, or BJ's...you can get great deals there!

I like them both. Do you know what brand diapers Sam's Club carries? I know Costco has huggies but idk what Sam's Club has...

We've been getting a case of diapers at Costco each month for the past few months in preparation for LO. We haven't really taken a look at their baby clothing, but I did see that their nursery furniture was crazy expensive.

I think they have Pampers, Huggies, Parents Choice, and an off-brand one...not sure.

I don't remember all of the brand's but I bought Pamper's Swaddlers.

I like Sam's Club as its closer to me. They have some cute Carter's outfits and rompers. I will be getting my diapers and wipes there though. My Sam's carry huggies and pampers and other brands...they have a good variety.

I've found that "subscribing" for diapers on Amazon.com will be the cheapest route for me. It's free shipping too!

Diapers.com has about the same prices as walmart, plus you dont have to leave your house.

I visited a Costco in the Twin Cities when I was visiting family. I had been around shopping all day and didn't find their diapers to be any cheaper. I have a Sam's Club locally and I have not seen the benefit. Unless someone can sell me otherwise.

I think the bulk item plus it being in sale is where the savings come in.

Yes...And saturdays are the time to go. they have all their free samples out, plus they have special saturday sales they don't advertise.

See, I was all over, pricing on diapers, calculating cost per diaper and didn't see any dramatic savings. (I am a buyer, so might be a little psycho when it comes to pricing up things.) I was there on a weekend too.

When it came to matching price to product review, I found Target brand to be the most economical but I know for a fact that products and pricing can vary dramatically by region/market.

Now that I think of it, Costco's pricing may have been higher because I was in a higher priced market (Twin Cities), while I live in a much smaller upper midwestern community. :dohh:

Costco has gas, Sam's does not (at least not in areas I've lived like CA or HI). Have been a Costco member for years! It's just a couple of miles from home too, so convenient. Will be there a lot now to loading up on diapers for :baby:

Can't even begin to explain how much I adore Costco.

We only have a sams club here! We have to renew our membership it expired eek! Plan on buying diapers and wipes and possibly formula from there, definitely cheaper than anything else around here (aside from the commissary but I hate going to the commi and they are always out of stock with baby stuff :P)
