Uterus and cervix pains - only 4 weeks!

Hi, I'm a big worried, I got a bfp yesterday and today af would have been due. I've had cramps on and off all day, a few pinching feelings and the odd sharp pain in my cervix. I can't remember if this is normal! Could it just be stretching? Thanks!

Could be totally normal! Some ladies get loads of cramping and pinching and pulling sensations and other have none!

Normal. I have experienced this until around six weeks with every one of my (healthy!) pregnancies. It's just baby implanting deeply in there, stretching, things moving around, etc.

I found out on Tuesday I am 4 weeks. I also had these pains, having suffered a miscarriage last year I am super paranoid so I went the doctors and it turned out I have a uti, I have taken antibiotics and tried to relax and feel much better already and pains have calmed down x

Thanks everyone! Pain has calmed down today so i do think it was just implanting pain
