Is this possible? Do any of you ladies have success stories? I had a section with my first because he was breech. I really wanted to attempt a VBAC this time around, but now I'm thinking it probably won't happen since I'm expecting twins. I know they at least have to be in a favorable position, but there's a higher possibility of uterine rupture... I just want a realistic picture, you know?

I have several friends that had twins and were hell bent on a vaginally delivery and it didn't happen for any of them. One delivered the first twin vaginally and the second by emcs. Depends on your dr but twin pregnancies are risky and if u tack on a previous csection it becomes tricky. I'd speak with your OB and see what he/she thinks xx

I haven't discussed it with my regular OB, but my M-F specialist said that it would most likely be a section, or vaginal birth for baby A and section for B. Boo. Still keeping my fingers crossed, but I won't be surprised if it ends up being another section.

Hi, I had an emergency cs with my first who is now 9, I went on to have a home birth with my second 5 years later and then had vbac in hospital to twins just over 6 months ago. The only condition was that twin A was head down. My consultant was very pro vaginal birth for twins

Thank you! That's very reassuring. Was twin B head down as well? Are you in the US? One of the reasons I chose my OB is because she supports VBAC, whereas my first one didn't.
