So I had my very first consultant appointment at Frimley Park Hospital which went very well. My consultants name is Kathy Morgan and I am told she is very VBAC pro so I am very excited to be under her care whilst having my little boy. I was very anxious once I arrived at the hospital and fully expecting to be told NO to VBAC, but in fact they are VERY supportive. Unlike my last consultant at St Peters who was a man and who I personally did not feel sympathized with my situation. I have a feeling I might get quite a good shot at having this VBA2C. I dont know the name of the Doctor that I had today but she was very friendly. She kind of reminded me of the young girl guard from OITNB. She introduced herself and we went through what went wrong with Bellas Birth. Which did make me well up quite a lot as it was only a year ago that she was born prematurely. She explained to me the risks with both C-section and VBA2C and told me that I will be monitored and have a scan & consultant appointment at 28 weeks and 34 weeks to see how things are progressing. So now I have two extra appointments added to my list =) 11th September @ 09:15am and 23rd October 2015 @ 09:15. I cant even think that far ahead in this pregnancy! It seems like forever away! Thing is actually I know this will come very quickly!
