Vegan meal ideas/recipes please?

Hi all... my old boss has invited himself over for dinner one day... and as I ignored it, I now think It'd be nice for him and his OH to come over...

only thing - theyre both vegans! I struggle with feeding my sister whos a veggie so this is a step further!

do you have any ideas/recipes please folks? thank you!

i'd say (as a vegan ) check online for recipies, it depends what you want to cook really.

spag bol is a nice vegan dinner, just grab a bag of vegan mince available from health food shops and some supermarkets (they will be able to point out which ones are) for exaple one is called Realeat.
and watch all cooking sauces as milk seems to be in many things you wouldn't expect lol!

its hard to give ideas without knowing how fancy you are going, or how easy etc.

but google is god of vegan recipies

I'm willing to spend a couple of hours cooking it but hopefully not break the bank!
