Anyone else a vegetarian? What are you eating to make sure you're getting enough protein and iron?

I just eat a healthy and balanced diet, I eat quorn, cheese, dairy, green vegetables, have lots of vitamin c through things like orange juice which helps you absorb. Don't worry to much. My iron levels were really good last blood test. As long as you take vitamins and eat healthily you will be fine. I had no problems with my daughters pregnancy and I get hyperemesis so get awful morning sickness, baby will take what they need first

I eat a lot of beans as my main source of protein. Since becoming pregnant I cannot eat very large quantities and get full very quickly, so to help load up on many of the vitamins and minerals I need I also juice. There is no way that I could possibly eat cups and cups of raw fruits and veg and juicing helps condense but still provide many of the nutrients. We have had our juicer for about 1.5 years now-it's a Breville and many others I have talked to really seem to like that brand as well. I hope that is helpful. :)
