DD has a lovely yellow velour sleepsuit I'd like her to wear during the day - thing is, it's 21.7 degrees in our living room...is it ok for her to wear it? I've not put a vest on underneath - as am paranoid about her being too warm.

Also, is she ok to sleep in these? Our bedroom is a bit cooler - between 19-20. Sometimes 21 at the beginning of the night.

Thank, TG

Earl has a velour suit on today - it's about 19 in our living room and his little feet are still feeling a little chilly (a sign the rest of him is pretty much spot on. He has a vest on, but I've swapped his blanket for a cotton sheet. This seems to have done the trick. I would just keep an eye on her.

Personally I wouldn't have him to sleep in velour as he tends to wrap himself up in his blankets so I think he would be too warm then.

I have mine in one at night, we have a warm bedroom so just have 1 cellular blanket on her, check LO chest to see if they feel to warm x

Thanks, both - I've popped her back into a cotton one, as temp in living room has gone up to 22. Our house is too warm! lol

my house is also too warm, such a pain as when the heating is off its too cold. Right now its off and have the coal fires on which is just about right, but dont like the coal fire on in the bedroom

I am not one to worry about her temperature, as in bed I put her in a vest, a sleepsuit (a fleecy one) and a sleeping bad and even sometimes a blanket and its sometimes hits 24 in her room at night but I have woken several times during the night and the temp has fallen to 16. But just do what feels comfortable to you, my mum sometimes thinks I dont have Olivia in enough compared to how much she used to wrap us up!

DD always kicks her blanket off - she HATES having her bare feet covered up! She always manages to poke them out of her sleepsuits etc. Lol!!

I'll just have to watch as the temperature drops, as she will have to cover those feet!
