Hi - sorry, I don't have any experience with varicocoele.
In terms of doing it, we try for at least each two days (most fertility specialists recommend this). I only monitor CM for fertility, as I don't find OPKs work for me.
Is my understanding that you ovulate within 24-48hours of a + OPK, so probably no need to tonight. Hugs

hi oulina
My DH has one two although its not been diagnosed. But he has an SA in a couple of weeks so will see if it's affecting him in any way

Hi oulina, my OH has this issue too. We did conceive after 6 months, but it ended in a MC with further issues requiring chemo.
I'm assured this was nothing to do with the varicocele damaging the sperm tho.
OH would happily get it removed if it was causing any problems.

On the cycle we conceived we DTD every day for the full 5 day fertile window (I was charting)

Good luck, hope this is your lucky month! xx

If it is causing issues with his sperm then he should have it removed... is there a reason why he doesn't or hasn't had it removed?
