HI Girls - this is my first cycle TTC after my loss in April, And we seem to have caught the egg! my AF isnt due until sunday but for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to test on wednesday, at only 9DPO :dohh: Luckily I did get a faint BFP on the FRER and have been testing with ICs ever since (twice a day? crazy much?)

today at 11dpo I tested on a CB Digi, on total auto pilot and I have my pregnant 1-2 weeks! :happydance:

I have worked out my due date to 21st of March based on the OV date... and now the worrying begins.

how do you stay positive? I just hope I start puking and all that soon, I didnt have any real symptoms last time and want this to be so different!

so... hello girls! :hugs:

Hello hon and welcome and congratulations

Well its not easy and we all have bad days but a positive attitude does help - as does the support in here. Remember its still far more likely that everything will be fine than anything else.

I couldnt wait to have ms either - though after 8 weeks of it I wasnt so keen!

Mizze xx

thank you and thank you! I think once AF doesnt show, I'll be fine up until wk9-10 and then once passed that I'll pick up again.

Congrats on your special christmas present hon x

Congratulations and welcome in.

As Mizze says its not the easiest but there's always someone here who will reassure you and keep you ticking over.

As for the morning sickness I waited and waited to be sick and it hasn't come. Im 8+3 now and nada in the mornings. Bit quesy from time to time but not a lot. Had a scan on tuesday and saw bubs with a heartbeat. MS doesn't always come but that doesn't mean bad things.

Good luck. xx

thank you bean, I know it doesnt really mean anything, and If i did get it I'd want it to go away :)

It takes a lot to keep us happy doesn't it. My sister is pregnant and with her two successfull pregnancies she spotted the whole way through. With this one she is not spotting and she is worried that she is not. We are all as mad as hatters in PAL but we are all equally mad so it ok - lol

LOL, so long as we are all equally nutty then Its all good! congrats on your BFP btw hon, I always admired Matthews name in the same when we were in MC support.

Thanks hun. I love my picture too. Its on a canvas in my hall and its just perfect. I dont go into mc support anymore. I feel bad but it just worries me and I would rather think positively about this baby. Makes me feel guilty that I just left that section but I need to be positive and being in there doesn't help. Its nice to see names I know coming in here.

no no I totally agree - I rarely do, and it may be selfish of me but I'm trying to think positive and look to the future. I love that so many people I recognise are in PAL :D

Welcome Mushmouth and congrats on your BFP :happydance:

There is no easy way of staying positive all the time - it comes in ebs and flows - sometimes you are convinced it's all going wrong, other times you have that feeling of pma - I recently had a wobble coming up to my 12 week scan and the PAL ladies kept me sane :) - so far I have found having little milestones has helped - getting past the stage I mc previously, getting to my 12 week scan, next is my 16 week mw appt. You'll find your coping mechanisms :flower:

I have a hard time going back to the mc support pages too - trying to keep myself from stressing about mc again. I still go back to ttcal and maybe once I am much further along I could go back to mc support too - don't feel guilty - you need to protect yourself first.

Take care

hx

Thank you HB, I look forward to getting through this journey with all you wonderful girls for support

Hiya Mushmouth...just wanted to say congrats. I had a miscarriage in October and as you can see I am now 28 weeks :happydance:. I didn't have morning sickness either time so try not to stress to much (I know, easier said than done). I wish you the very best of luck :flower:

Mushmouth - congratulations, just snooping around and saw that you got a BFP, congratulations again xx

Thank you Mrs Nov! I can't believe you're 24weeks! man time is flying!
