Very Crampy after RLT & EPO (normal)???!!

i drank RLT through week 34 and 35 and had alot of cramping and BH and lots and lots of pressure down there , i stopped for 2 weeks and now im on EPO 500grams and RLT again and im feeling the cramps and the pressure again.
does this mean its doing something ??? is it really softening my cervix?
or does it just give irritating bh and pressure and period cramps for nothing

im not sure but if you search for other posts her waters have gone Im already drinking RLT and taking EPO as RLT just tones the muscles of your uterus and EPO helps soften the cervix.. neither "cause" labour but they can help x
