(very) early signs .. or just wishfull thinking?

Ooookay.
Im thinking its probably wishful thinking, i cant be this lucky haha.
but yeah just wondering .. its not so much my boobs but the muscles and areas above and around them that are really sore, its quite weird theyv been like it for about a week - got me thinking, thought i'd ask you guys..
and also (sorry for grossness) but has been quite alot of clearish discharge which i dont normally get atall either. we've only been trying for about 2 months so i very much doubt it, but who knows? ..?
