Hi Ladies!

Well, today is my wedding anniversary (4 years) and this morning was supposed to be used to nurse a hangover as yesterday was my 26th birthday and we had a plan for Tequila. Needless to say, the fates had other ideas.

This morning was in fact used to go to my 'Ovulation Induction' Induction and I left there with loads of information and many tools including Gonal-F pens and an Ovitrell pen. I need to start on my next cycle and today is CD30 so any day now.

I finally feel like we can actively try again, are doing something to achieve a pregnancy and might actually stand a chance of becoming parents. I haven't felt like this in a long time. Over a year in fact.

There is only one problem. I am petrified of needles and felt faint when she was showing me how to do it. Just going to have to suck it up and deal with it but it's very daunting. Needs must I'm afraid.

My stomach is in agony at the moment so AF can't be that long away. So excited. Never though I would say that about AF but just goes to show, you never know what's around the corner. Hopefully this time next year I will (at the very least) be on my way to becoming someones Mummy.

Good luck ladies and wish everyone could feel as happy as I do right now. Only thing that could make me feel happier right now is better pain relief. Lol. (Many will ask "Well, why not a BFP? My answer is - If I am pregnant now, my due date would be my sisters wedding, I live in a different country, wouldn't be the best timing in the world.)

Happy Thursday Ladies!

Even though I am petrified of needles, I'm very pleased to say that I managed to give myself the first injection at 4pm on the 9th.

Didn't faint, have a panic attack or anything else that usually goes with it. Hopefully I can do the same on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Scan on Tuesday at 7am so I'll find out what to do after that then.

Woohoo me!!!

Well done. Really hope this is what does it for you.x

Hi Lou, I'm wishing you lots of big plump healthy eggies & a speedy conception :dust:
