With the low semen volume and very high sperm count ,
only down fall is the over crowding ( too many sperm in the way of the olympic swimmers)
I would have him drink more water and eat celery( if he does not already)
to try and raise the semen volume but other then that it looks good.

Thanks. My dr told me to call the lab to make sure there was no mistake. It seems very very high. The technician said she checked it 4x before she recorded the results. I will tell him to drink more.

I went back and looked at my hubbys. The concentration is 57 million per ML and the volume was 2.5 ml. So I think you are good.
