Very low platelets

Hi all my platelets have been dropping and last week were 62 000 am getting very worried now as induction next Sunday. Can anyone help reassure me that all will be ok as not allowed epidural or spinal and if c section needed I will need a general anasthetic oh gosh I'm a bricking it now .:0(
